Kathy Toomey has been a real estate agent since 2006. Her prior work experience in Finance and Human Resources brings a higher level of patience and knowledge to the real estate transaction.  Kathy works with buyers and sellers in the Tryon, NC area and the upstate SC towns of Landrum and Campobello.  Kathy enjoys working with both first time buyers and seasoned veterans.  Her approach to working with sellers is to guide them to prepare their property for the market which translates to quicker sales and a higher return for the seller.
