What to Expect

Most residential real estate shoots take 30–60 minutes on site. Commercial, construction, or multi-structure projects may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book so you can plan accordingly.
For most shoots it's not required, but it can be helpful — especially if there are access considerations or specific shots you want to highlight. We'll confirm all details beforehand so we're prepared either way.
Finished photos and videos are delivered via a private online gallery or download link. Files are high-resolution and ready for MLS, print, web, and social media use. We can also deliver in specific formats if required by your platform or client.
Most projects are edited and delivered within 24–48 hours of the shoot. Rush delivery is available upon request — just let us know your deadline when booking.
Absolutely. We encourage clients to share any specific shots, angles, or features they want highlighted before the shoot. The more we know about your priorities, the better we can tailor the session to get exactly what you need.

Licensing & Regulations

Yes. Our pilot holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is the federal requirement for all commercial drone operations in the US. This means we operate legally and safely, and can handle airspace authorizations when needed.
Yes, with proper authorization. As a Part 107 certified pilot, we can request Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC) approvals for operations in controlled airspace. We handle all required airspace authorization on your behalf.
There are some restricted areas — such as within certain distances of military bases, national parks, or specific government facilities — where drone flight is prohibited or requires special authorization. If your property is in or near a restricted zone, let us know and we'll assess what's possible and advise accordingly.
